If you are not completely contented, please let us know during your treatment or within 24 hours, after your service has been performed. We are committed to making any needed corrections and if there was a fault on our side, to offer you a refund.

Service guarantee

At Strip Bare Skincare and Waxing Clinic, your appointments are reserved just for you. We understand that plans can change, but we kindly ask for at least 48 hours; notice for cancellations-or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients and keep things running smoothly.

Cancellation Fees Cancellations within 48 hours:50% of the appointment cost.

No-shows (missed appointment):100% of the appointment cost.

We send out courtesy email reminders at 72 hours before your appointment. At this point you still have time to reschedule your appointment if needed. Once you are within 48 hours of your appointment, the services booked are locked in and subject to the charges above.

Waiting List If you need to cancel, letting us know early allows us to offer the slot to clients on our wait-list. This help us accommodate more people and minimise disruptions.

Health and Wellness Policy For the safety of our clients and staff: If you are unwell, please let us know as soon as possible to reschedule. Clients arriving unwell will be refused service, and cancellation fees may apply.

If our staff are unwell, appointments may need to be cancelled or rescheduled at short notice. While we appreciate this is inconvenient, its done entirely with your safety in mind.

If illness or emergencies arise, we may review fees on a case-by-case basis.

Booking & Cancellation policy

Treatments that require a patch test, will not be carried out unless a patch test is carried out by us and logged on our system, patch tests must be carried out at least 48 hours prior to appointment. 

Patch tests are required for Tint, Lash Lift, Brow Lamination. 

Patch test is required before these services on first visit, or longer than six months between treatment or any changes to health or medication.

During pregnancy a patch test is required 3 days prior to Tinting appointments for every visit.

Please note during pregnancy Brow lamination and Lash lifting is not suitable due to hormone changes.

Contact lenses must be removed for Lash tinting or Lash lifting, please bring a replacement pair or wear glasses to appointment where possible.

Patch testing

Salon staff, have the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or under the influence of drugs. We will not tolerate physical, discriminatory, personal or sexual harassment.

For general waxing, Clients under 16 must have parental or guardian consent and be accompanied by said parent or guardian.

Intimate waxing 18+

Clients 16 to 18 must have parental consent.

Derma-planing and Micro-needling strictly 18 and over.

Aesthetic treatments 18 and over.
